Funds are released after WowBet's withdrawal team completes the required security verification. WowBet may temporarily hold and investigate a withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered first

• Use of Third-Party Payment Accounts
• Colluding with other players to win unfairly
• Hiding your location using a VPN or proxy
• Harassing or threatening WowBet staff

WowBet may temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• In Cases of Terms & Conditions Violations
• Temporary suspension pending account verification
• During investigation of suspicious transactions or activity
• At the User's Own Request (Self-Exclusion)
• Long-Term Inactive Accounts

Users may also request account closure at any time. As part of our responsible gaming commitment, WowBet fully supports self-exclusion. Any verified withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed.

WowBet is not liable for the following:

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to an internet disconnection
• If services are disrupted due to a third-party technical failure

• Compensation for emotional or social harm resulting from gaming losses
• If services are disrupted due to a power outage or natural disaster

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective. WowBet's decision shall be final in any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions.
